Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily food and beverage operations across assigned outlets
Ensure consistent delivery of Marriott brand standards, service quality, and guest satisfaction
Lead, train, schedule, and motivate food and beverage teams to achieve performance targets
Monitor operational costs, staffing levels, and productivity to meet budget objectives
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and support teams to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally and promptly
Support strategic planning, menu initiatives, and service improvements
Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and quality standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or hospitality environment
Previous management or supervisory experience in F and B required
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Sound understanding of service standards, food safety, and operational controls
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hotel environment
