About Madinat Jumeirah:

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Marketing Manager to join Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Partner with F&B Marketing and Operations Directors to craft annual marketing plans aligned with Jumeirah s brand and restaurant concepts
  • Lead creation of restaurant-related content including menus, promotional materials, social media assets, and visual media
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with F&B Operations for timely and effective implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Mentor and support property-level marketing assistants to strengthen their capabilities and contribution
  • Oversee campaign budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis to ensure efficient resource use
  • Liaise with external PR, social media, and media buying agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outputs

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 6 years marketing experience either in FMCG, luxury, hospitality brands or Media agency
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Public Relations or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University
  • Proven experience in developing and managing integrated marketing and communications plans and budgets
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English
