Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide food and beverage service according to established SOPs and service standards
- Support daily outlet operations with a hands-on approach
- Assist in maintaining par stocks and follow FIFO procedures
- Coordinate with supporting departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Prepare equipment, tools, and materials for daily service
- Maintain high cleanliness and organization in both front and back-of-house areas
- Attend daily briefings and stay updated on menu, specials, and service requirements
- Build rapport with guests and handle basic service recovery
- Report lost and found items, maintenance issues, and operational concerns
- Assist with inventory counts and equipment management
- Handle equipment properly and maintain service stations
- Support team development through cooperation and communication
- Follow hygiene, health, safety, and emergency protocols
- Maintain proper grooming standards and punctuality
