Key Responsibilities

• Oversee staff grooming, service standards, and teamwork.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating flow, service quality, and guest comfort.
• Respond to guest needs and coordinate with teams for timely service.
• Complete maintenance work orders and manage inventory for supplies, food, and beverages.
• Check stock levels and place requisitions as needed.
• Handle assigned cashier bank, ensure accuracy, obtain change, and keep funds secure.
• Communicate last call timings and maintain smooth closing routines.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations, and team development.
• Support discipline, coaching, and motivation to maintain high performance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all company standards.
• Assist in handling equipment checks, small repairs, and tools inspection.
• Perform physically active tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, moving through tight spaces, and prolonged standing or walking.
