Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support team members to deliver efficient, high quality food and beverage service
- Ensure staff grooming, uniform compliance, and readiness for operation
- Perform opening and closing duties including setup, cleaning, securing areas, and preparing tools and supplies
- Maintain orderly storage areas and ensure FIFO practices are followed
- Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate requisitions for supplies
- Monitor dining room conditions including seating, service flow, guest comfort, and safety
- Complete maintenance work orders when required
- Assist management in recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, and coaching
- Serve as the first point of contact for fair treatment and open-door policy issues
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and demonstrate confidentiality and respect for company assets
- Welcome and assist guests according to service standards
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
- Provide support to individuals with disabilities and ensure an inclusive environment
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and contribute to team objectives
- Ensure service standards, productivity, and quality expectations are met
- Identify and suggest improvements for efficiency, cost control, safety, and service quality
- Inspect tools and equipment and identify defects
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting items up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing stairs, and handling various equipment
- Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Physically fit to perform operational tasks and long shifts
Positive, cooperative, and guest-focused approach
