Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across the assigned outlet
* Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with InterContinental brand standards
* Conduct daily briefings and communicate updates on menus, promotions, and service standards
* Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure timely and quality service delivery
* Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and resolve complaints professionally
* Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and table setup to uphold five-star standards
* Support outlet management with staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
* Manage inventory, requisitions, and control operating costs to achieve financial targets
* Promote upselling opportunities to increase outlet revenue and support marketing initiatives
* Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations (HACCP standards)

Ideal Profile

* Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline
* Minimum of two to three years experience in a supervisory food and beverage role within a five-star hotel
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of fine dining standards, service etiquette, and POS systems such as Micros
* Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
* Professional grooming, confident demeanor, and ability to lead by example
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards
