Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across the assigned outlet
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with InterContinental brand standards
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate updates on menus, promotions, and service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and table setup to uphold five-star standards
- Support outlet management with staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Manage inventory, requisitions, and control operating costs to achieve financial targets
- Promote upselling opportunities to increase outlet revenue and support marketing initiatives
- Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations (HACCP standards)

Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Minimum of two to three years experience in a supervisory food and beverage role within a five-star hotel
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of fine dining standards, service etiquette, and POS systems such as Micros
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Professional grooming, confident demeanor, and ability to lead by example
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards
