Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As an F&B Guest Relations Agent, you will act as the primary liaison between guests and the restaurant team, ensuring smooth communication and outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a seamless seating experience.
- Managing reservations and coordinating special arrangements for VIP guests and large parties.
- Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized recommendations on menu items, promotions, and events.
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, seasonal specials, and promotional activities.
- Assisting with guest engagement during special events and promotional campaigns.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and taking proactive steps to enhance it.

- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills.
- Previous experience in guest relations, fine dining, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
