Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Address concerns with grace, or connect guests with the right teammate to keep the experience seamless.
Style Meets Standards: Keep the host stand, entrance, and dining areas tidy, sparkling, and oh-so-inviting.
The Flow Keeper: Sync with servers and kitchen gang to make sure service runs like music smooth and in rhythm.
Above & Beyond: Step in with extra touches refilling water, delivering menus, or lending a hand when needed.
Safety First: Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines are always respected and Mama-approved.
