Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on operation of our F&B outlets, connecting with guests, and supporting your team to provide an exceptional level of service
  • Coordination between the F&B team and other departments to ensure clear communication and effective problem solving to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring the smooth running of conferences and events
  • Rostering, coaching, cost control, inventory management and preparing reports for senior management

Desired Candidate Profile

If you come from a background in restaurants or hotels, have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and have experience in banqueting and/or bar operations, together with demonstrated leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.Qualifications /div> div> ul> li>Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication /li> li>Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team/li> li>Availability to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays/li> li>Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handler qualifications/li> li>Knowledge of H+L point of sale system would be an advantage/li> li>Previous study in hospitality or tourism would be desirable but not essential. This position will provide a development platform to expand your knowledge and grow your skills in the hotel industry./li> li>As this is a full-time position, strong>you must have full working rights in Australia/strong>. We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
