Fantastic views and thoughtfully selected furnishings create an experience of unparalleled style and comfort.As Food & Beverage Sales Manager, we rely on you to: Secure and nurture relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and high-profile guests to drive bookings and revenue. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase walk-in customers, group bookings, and participation in loyalty programs. Proactively seek partnerships and collaborations to expand the F&B division's reach and market presence. Actively promote the F&B division's offerings and enhance its brand image in the local community. Effectively manage and leverage the Shangri-La guest database for targeted sales and marketing campaigns. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales manager role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector. A degree in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing is desirable but not essential. A high school diploma and relevant experience are a must. Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve revenue targets and has sound understanding of the local market and competitor landscape. Familiarity with F&B operations, sales strategies, and marketing techniques. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. People-oriented, Outgoing, and self-motivated with a proactive approach. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and knowledge of working with databases. High energy levels and a well-groomed appearance; creative, customer-focused, and a team player.
