Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Lead daily shift briefings, communicating hotel updates, service focus areas, and team goals to ensure a unified, guest-ready team.
  • Ensure all service equipment is clean, functional, and properly set up before each shift to maintain a smooth and polished operation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock control procedures, ensuring availability of items and minimizing waste or loss.
  • Coordinate with culinary and bar teams to ensure the menu and wine list are current, well-presented, and aligned.
  • Create a warm, welcoming environment by engaging with guests proactively always with a smile and responding to feedback or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee service quality, timing, and guest satisfaction, ensuring consistency with Hotel s standards.
  • Lead by example on the floor, mentoring and guiding the team in delivering seamless, intuitive service with genuine hospitality.
  • Support the training and development of team members, nurturing their growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage all cash handling ensuring accuracy, security, and full compliance with financial protocols.
  • Prepare and reconcile daily financial reports, verifying all transactions and ensuring accountability.
  • Maintain accurate shift logs, recording guest feedback, service highlights, and any incidents to ensure smooth handovers and operational continuity.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-focused mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, cash handling procedures, and guest service standards.
  • Passionate about hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a heart for people.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
