Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise F&B service staff, including waiters, bartenders, and hosts during shifts.
Ensure smooth operation of dining areas, bars, and banquet services.
Greet guests, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in training new staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and safety.
Monitor food presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
2 4 years of experience in F&B service, including supervisory or team lead experience.
Strong knowledge of food service operations and customer service standards.
Familiarity with POS systems, basic stocktaking, and inventory control.
