Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct audits in line with Client checklists, protocols, and schedules.
Submit completed audit reports within a maximum of eight (8) calendar days from the audit date.
Use designated Client/HS Brands systems (e.g., CATS/Presto) for data submission and documentation.
Comply with all program quality and documentation standards (reports subject to technical review).
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree or diploma in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
Minimum six (6) months of experience conducting food safety and/or food hygiene audits.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct audits in Spanish (on-site, if required) and prepare reports in English.
Computer literacy and ability to use digital audit and reporting platforms.
Willingness to complete the Client-required auditor training program, including:
- Attendance at the designated online training session.
- Passing the qualification test.
