Participate in the implementation and monitoring of the HACCP system.

Identify hazards and define CCPs and their critical limits.

Ensure monitoring, corrective actions and staff training in best practices

Inspections & Audits

Conduct inspections of production areas and hygiene practices.

Verify compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Prepare audit reports and propose corrective measures.

Regulatory Compliance

Advising on legal requirements for food safety.

Update internal procedures in accordance with regulatory changes.

Ensuring product compliance in terms of safety, labeling and traceability

Health Crisis Management

Quickly detect critical non-conformities.

Participate in product recalls and ensure batch traceability.

Analyze the causes and implement preventive measures.

Desired profile

State Diploma of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DEV).

Mastery of  HACCP systems .
