Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise workers and ensure daily work is completed on schedule.

  2. Coordinate with Site Engineer for site activities and work progress.

  3. Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.

  4. Monitor worker performance and maintain discipline on site.

  5. Ensure safety procedures are followed by all workers.

  6. Maintain daily work progress and report to the Site Engineer.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 3 years experience as Site Foreman in Dubai.

  2. Good knowledge of construction site operations.

  3. Ability to manage workers and subcontractors.

  4. Basic understanding of construction drawings.

  5. Strong leadership and communication skills.
