Forescout ForeScout - Implementation Engineer PROOFOPS

We are looking for a Forescout Certified Expert (FCSE) to lead and deliver remote and
onsite implementations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization projects for
customers across the Middle East. You will own technical delivery end-to-end for Forescout
engagements—covering discovery, design, build, integration, testing, documentation, and
handover—while serving as the escalation point for complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery & Implementation

• Lead delivery of Forescout projects: HLD/LLD, installation, configuration, hardening,

• testing, migration, and production rollout.

• Implement and optimize Forescout capabilities including (as applicable):

• eyeSight (asset discovery, classification, profiling)

quarantine, dynamic access)

• eyeExtend integrations (ecosystem connectors)

• eyeSegment (segmentation / visibility-driven policy)

• Enterprise Manager, distributed deployments, high availability, and scale-

out designs.

• Deliver upgrades, version migrations, licensing changes, and platform health

checks.

Integrations & Ecosystem Enablement

• Integrate Forescout with customer infrastructure such as:

• AD/LDAP, DHCP/DNS, PKI/RADIUS/TACACS+

• Network: Cisco ISE/Catalyst/Nexus, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto

Networks, etc.

• Security/IT: SIEM (e.g., Splunk/SEKOIA), SOAR, EDR/XDR, MDM/UEM

(Jamf/Intune), ITSM (ServiceNow/Jira).

• Build/validate use cases: rogue device detection, unmanaged/IoT visibility,

compliance posture enforcement, incident containment workflows.

Customer Engagement & Governance

• Run technical workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into an implementable plan.

• Own technical project execution: scope control, risks/dependencies, timelines, and customer communications.

• Produce professional deliverables: configuration documents, as-built documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and handover/training materials.

• Provide L3 support/escalation and root-cause analysis for complex production issues.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• Active Forescout Certified Expert (FCSE) certification (mandatory).

• Strong hands-on experience delivering Forescout projects in customer environments (implementation and troubleshooting).

• Solid networking fundamentals, including VLANs, routing basics, switching, SPAN/TAP, DHCP/DNS, 802.1X, MAB, and RADIUS.

• Experience with at least one major network ecosystem: Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto.

• Comfortable working onsite with customers, leading technical discussions, and producing customer-ready documentation.
