Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Forex Market Mentor/Tutor located in Dubai. The mentor/tutor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students, creating lesson plans, delivering instructional content, and assessing student performances. Additional responsibilities include developing and updating course materials, conducting one-on-one mentoring sessions, providing feedback to students, and staying updated with the latest trends and developments in Forex trading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide structured Forex trading education across all levels from foundational to advanced.
- Support students in understanding technical analysis, risk management, and trading platforms.
- Assist in live or recorded sessions, both one-on-one and group-based
- Share basic market updates, trade ideas, and learning resources
- Track student progress and help keep them motivated
- Help develop or translate educational materials as needed
- Mentors must update student and course details regularly in the CRM.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in financial markets.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Applicants should have between 3 and 5 years of professional experience.
- Experience in Cryptocurrency and Stock Market trading.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging course materials.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CMT) are a plus
