Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement custom FortiSOAR playbooks to automate incident response processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
Develop and maintain integrations with various security tools (SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence feeds) to enrich incident data and streamline investigations.
Configure and administer the FortiSOAR platform, including user roles, permissions, and system settings, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize security data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights into security posture.
The role will involve implementation, customization, and ongoing support of FortiSOAR within the client environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in security operations or incident response, with hands-on experience in security orchestration and automation.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE certifications (e.g., NSE 4, NSE or other industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
- Exhibits a strong understanding of security concepts, including incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security automation.
