Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Develop financial models to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial data.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and assess their impact on business objectives.
  • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Support decision-making processes by delivering timely and actionable financial insights.
  • Lead and manage the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
