Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Bell Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for our valued guests. Your warm demeanor and attention to detail will set the tone for their stay, making it a memorable one.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, offering assistance with luggage handling upon arrival and departure.
Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and answering any questions they may have.
Assist guests with valet parking and coordinate their transportation needs.
Maintain the lobby area's cleanliness and ensure a visually appealing environment for guests.
Handle luggage storage efficiently and safely, keeping accurate records of items entrusted to the hotel's care.
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and points of interest in Monaco Tower and the surrounding areas.
Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Offer exceptional customer service by promptly responding to guest inquiries and resolving any concerns or issues.
Coordinate with housekeeping to fulfill guest requests for additional amenities or room services.
Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and guest satisfaction.
Adhere to safety and security guidelines to protect both guests and hotel property.
Assist in handling group arrivals and luggage transportation for events and conferences.
Continuously strive to uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence, creating a positive and lasting impression on guests.
