Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a freelance/remote Business Setup Consultant at Ambizent, your core responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify potential clients interested in UAE business setup, company formation, or business bank accounts.

  • Conduct outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Client Consultation & Guidance

  • Understand client requirements and guide them on suitable business setup options in UAE free zones or mainland.

  • Explain the documentation, procedures, and timelines for business incorporation.

Proposal & Quotation Preparation

  • Share service proposals and quotations with clients using company-provided formats.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate pricing and documentation requirements.

Follow-Up & Conversion

  • Regularly follow up with leads and nurture them to closure.

  • Ensure client queries are addressed promptly and accurately.

CRM & Reporting

  • Record all leads, client interactions, and status updates in Ambizent’s CRM system.

  • Provide weekly updates on lead progress and conversion metrics.

Collaboration with Team

  • Coordinate with back-office and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

  • Escalate any client issues or bottlenecks promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are:

Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in UAE business setup, sales, consulting, or client-facing roles is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable conducting virtual or in-person client meetings.

Work Model & Availability

  • Freelance / independent consultant; must have own UAE visa (or remote work capability from India).

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Available for occasional meetings, calls, and timely follow-ups with clients.

Education & Knowledge

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

  • Familiarity with UAE free zones, business incorporation, or company compliance is a plus.

Personal Traits

  • Professional, confident, and presentable.

  • Organized, punctual, and able to maintain CRM data accurately.

  • Ethical approach; ensures company-first attitude when dealing with clients.
