Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees. This position is specifically designed for Emirati talent, supporting our commitment to local workforce development.
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and meeting rooms
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Provide general information and answer inquiries from clients and visitors
- Implement and maintain office filing systems for easy retrieval of information
Desired Candidate Profile
Emirati nationality
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
