Roles & Responsibilities



Requirements
Diploma or Graduate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 4 years of experience in front office operations, with some experience in a supervisory role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.
Leadership skills and ability to handle a team efficiently.
