Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Works/Projects Department, you will manage the AZ project:
-
Operational Management: Coordination of design studies and monitoring of work progress (Civil Engineering, Pulling, Connection).

Financial Management: Budget maintenance (P&L), monitoring of project profitability and validation of invoicing.

Management & Subcontracting: Supervision of internal teams (site managers, staking) and management of subcontracting companies.

Customer Relations: Regular reporting, facilitation of follow-up meetings and management of any disputes or administrative blockages (road permits, etc.).

Safety & Quality: Guarantee of compliance with safety standards (HSE) and technical conformity of works (DOE Verification).
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Telecoms project management (Network Infrastructures).
- Expertise: Solid knowledge of FTTH engineering rules and the life cycle of a deployment project (ZTD, ZMD, RIP).
- Leadership: Ability to unite multidisciplinary teams and make quick decisions on the ground.
- Tools: Proficiency in Excel (financial management), planning tools (MS Project) and ideally basic knowledge of GIS.
