Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop the full architecture of a proprietary multi-module software platform encompassing ATS, CRM, Payroll, HR, and Travel Management functionality.

Build and maintain both front-end interfaces and back-end services, ensuring seamless integration across all modules.

Leverage AI development tools - including Claude Code and other LLM-assisted workflows - to accelerate build quality and efficiency.

Architect and implement robust REST and/or GraphQL API integrations with third-party services and internal systems.

Own the deployment pipeline: CI/CD configuration, environment management, and production releases.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate operational requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions.

Proactively identify technical risks and bottlenecks, presenting clear solutions with speed and pragmatism.

Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on scalability and performance.

Contribute to infrastructure decisions including cloud hosting, security, and data management.

Ensure the platform is built to scale - not just for today's needs, but for future growth and feature expansion.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of hands-on experience in full stack software development.

Demonstrable portfolio of custom-built, deployed, and scaled software products - this is non-negotiable.

Proven front-end proficiency: React, Next.js, Vue, or equivalent modern frameworks.

Proven back-end proficiency: Node.js, Python, or similar; RESTful and/or GraphQL API design.

Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment tooling.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools - specifically Claude Code or comparable LLM coding tools.

Experience integrating third-party APIs and building complex, data-driven applications.

Understanding of software architecture patterns (MVC, microservices, serverless, etc.).

Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).
