Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js (60%) and React.js (40%) to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The role involves backend API development, frontend UI implementation, and end-to-end system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js
• Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js (TypeScript/JavaScript)
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Work on microservices architecture, API integrations, and distributed systems
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and deployment processes
• Monitor, debug, and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience in React.js, HTML, CSS (Tailwind, Material UI, CSS-in-JS)
• Expertise in REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and API integrations
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka) and API gateways
• Knowledge of Redux/Context API and modern frontend tools
• Strong understanding of data structures and performance optimization

Good to Have:

• Exposure to GraphQL
• Basic understanding of AI concepts
• Domain experience in Banking or Retail

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams

Good communication and stakeholder management skills
