Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A regulated financial brokerage specializing in strong>Foreign Exchange (FX) and Contracts for Difference (CFDs)/strong> is seeking a strong>Senior Sales professional/strong> to drive business growth across the MENA region. The role focuses on retail and professional client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic sales expansion within a competitive trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development targeting retail and professional clients across the MENA region.
- Maximize existing revenue streams while expanding new client relationships.
- Meet and exceed assigned annual sales quotas (individual and team targets).
- Lead client acquisition, retention, and trading volume generation initiatives.
- Develop and execute effective client onboarding strategies in coordination with management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Identify opportunities to expand the sales team and participate in hiring and team development.
- Set and manage sales and marketing budgets.
- Promote and sell FX pairs, indices, commodities, and equities products.
- Monitor regional market trends and share insights with product and management teams.
