Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare site equipment, materials, and tools for daily operations.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Assist with the operation of basic machinery and heavy equipment when required.
- Remove debris, waste, and hazardous materials from the worksite.
- Assemble and dismantle temporary structures, barricades, and scaffolding.
- Support the team leader in executing site tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite at all times.
- Follow all company HSE policies and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
Desired Candidate Profile
No formal education required; a high school diploma is preferred.
Familiarity with manual and power tools.
Basic understanding of engineering or construction principles is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible schedules.
