Roles & Responsibilities

This role is accountable for delivering ambitious revenue and market share targets by building a world-class affiliate BD pipeline, driving new user acquisition, and accelerating VIP trading growth. You will oversee all staff, budgets, and operations in the market while shaping GTM strategy and working cross-functionally to establish OKX as the leading exchange in the region.Key Responsibilities Growth & Revenue LeadershipOwn CIS market revenue targets, delivering affiliate-driven acquisition and VIP trading volume growth.Build and scale a high-performing affiliate BD pipeline that consistently produces strong ROI and net new users.Drive go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and campaigns to win market share and outgrow competitors.Market Execution & PerformanceTranslate strategy into an executable plan with measurable KPIs and deliverables.Continuously optimize affiliate campaigns, user conversion funnels, and VIP retention programs to maximize revenue impact.Market Entry & ComplianceLead regulatory licensing efforts and ensure full compliance for OKX s product suite.Partner with legal, compliance, and risk to ensure governance and operational integrity.Competitive PositioningMonitor market trends and competitor moves to identify opportunities and threats.Develop market-specific product ideas and ensure timely launches in collaboration with global teams.Partnership & Ecosystem DevelopmentBuild strong relationships with affiliates, VIPs, and ecosystem partners to deepen OKX s market penetration.Spearhead campaigns to strengthen brand presence and loyalty.Leadership & Team DevelopmentRecruit, develop, and lead a high-impact commercial team focused on affiliate management, BD growth, and VIP servicing.Build a performance-driven culture that consistently exceeds targets.Requirements Core Experience (Must-Have):10+ years of leadership experience at a top-tier crypto exchange, fintech, or trading platform. Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs and VIP pipelines that delivered measurable results, e.g.:Grew affiliate-driven trading volume by 50%+ YoY Increased net new users or FTDs by 3 5x within a defined period Managed a network of 100+ affiliates/partners and negotiated high-impact commercial deals Commercial & Strategic Leadership:Demonstrated ability to deliver multi-million dollar monthly revenue growth through BD and affiliate acquisition strategies. Experience owning P&L, setting market KPIs, and exceeding aggressive growth targets. Regulatory & Market Expertise:Hands-on experience working with regulators and securing market licenses (e-money, spot trading, derivatives, or margin lending). Proven ability to operate in heavily regulated and competitive environments while driving growth. Analytical & Execution Skills:Expert at analyzing performance data, spotting trends, and using insights to adjust strategy in real time. Comfortable with metrics such as CAC, ROI, LTV, FTT/FTD conversion rates, and VIP contribution to volume.
