Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Operations Management
Lead and manage all service operations for the Motorcycle Division including workshops, mobile service units, and branch service centers.
Develop and implement standardized service procedures, policies, and reporting mechanisms.
Monitor service performance metrics and introduce initiatives to improve service efficiency and operational productivity.
2. Leasing Operations Management
Oversee the motorcycle leasing lifecycle, including onboarding of leased vehicles, service scheduling, maintenance planning, and end-of-lease processes.
Ensure leased assets are maintained to optimal condition to maximize asset utilization and operational uptime.
Coordinate with finance and sales teams on leasing agreements, fleet deployment, and asset tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
8–12 years of experience in service operations, fleet management, leasing operations, or automotive after-sales management.
Experience in motorcycle, automotive, or mobility industry is highly preferred.
Proven experience managing service centers, workshops, and leased fleet operations.
