Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Operations Management

  • Lead and manage all service operations for the Motorcycle Division including workshops, mobile service units, and branch service centers.

  • Develop and implement standardized service procedures, policies, and reporting mechanisms.

  • Monitor service performance metrics and introduce initiatives to improve service efficiency and operational productivity.

2. Leasing Operations Management

  • Oversee the motorcycle leasing lifecycle, including onboarding of leased vehicles, service scheduling, maintenance planning, and end-of-lease processes.

  • Ensure leased assets are maintained to optimal condition to maximize asset utilization and operational uptime.

  • Coordinate with finance and sales teams on leasing agreements, fleet deployment, and asset tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8–12 years of experience in service operations, fleet management, leasing operations, or automotive after-sales management.

  • Experience in motorcycle, automotive, or mobility industry is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience managing service centers, workshops, and leased fleet operations.
