Role Summary:

The General Manager (GM) will lead the overall operations, strategy, business development, and profitability of FSIME across all regions. This role demands strong leadership, commercial acumen, and deep knowledge of the passive fire protection industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee regional operations in UAE, Qatar, and KSA to ensure seamless project execution and profitability.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expand market presence.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and authorities.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and technical requirements.

• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures.

• Guide and support the Estimation, Projects, Sales, Procurement, and technical teams.

• Monitor project timelines, quality, and performance benchmarks.

• Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and innovation avenues in the passive fire space.

• Report regularly to Group Managing Director on business health, challenges, and KPIs.
