Desired Candidate Profile

Experience - Minimum 5 years of management experience in the fitness, leisure, hospitality or related sectors; experience in a women-only gym or boutique fitness concept is highly desirable.
Financial acumen - Demonstrated experience with budgeting, cost control and revenue management.
Customer focus - Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building a loyal membership community. Focus on developing an exceptional customer journey.
Education & certifications - Degree in business, hospitality management, sports management or a related field is preferred. Fitness industry certifications are a plus - preferably expertise/certification in glutes & legs.

Skills required - leadership, communication, business acumen, budgeting, customer service, tech-savvy, fitness/wellness.
