Roles & Responsibilities
Role Description We are seeking a full-time General Manager to lead and oversee operations at our Dubai office. This is an on-site role that requires strategic planning, team leadership, and day-to-day operational management to ensure smooth functioning and growth of the organization. Key responsibilities include supervising business development efforts, managing client relations, driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing internal processes. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in upholding the company’s commitment to empowering clients and achieving operational excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
Must have 5 - 8 years of experience
Qualifications
Leadership and strategic management abilities, with a proven track record in similar managerial roles
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, investment strategies, and risk management
Experience in customer relationship management and operational optimization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and business setup processes
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is highly desirable
Experience in consulting or business services, especially in financial or business setup sectors, is an advantage
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
