Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall business operations and ensure profitability
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives
• Manage production, supply chain, and operational performance
• Lead and mentor department heads to achieve KPIs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred)
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within industrial or manufacturing industry
• Strong operational, financial, and strategic management skills
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
• Strong knowledge of production processes and industrial operations
