Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, brand standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Optimise operational efficiency and manage budgets, cost control, and revenue generation.
  • Establish and nurture stakeholder relationships, including local partners and suppliers.
Must have requirements
  • Extensive background in luxury hospitality.
  • 5-10 years of proven success in senior leadership or managerial roles within the industry.
  • Strong financial acumen, business development orientation, and operational expertise.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to have requirements
  • Formal hospitality qualification or degree in hotel management.
  • Previous experience working within the GCC or Asian markets.
  • Multilingual abilities.
