Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The General Manager – Middle East (UAE) is responsible for leading and growing the company’s UAE business with full accountability for revenue, profitability, and operational performance. This role oversees all commercial and operational functions, including sales, inventory, logistics, and finance, within a lean team structure. The GM is expected to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure sales targets are achieved, inventory is well managed, and operations run efficiently for both company-owned brands and distributed products.
Desired Candidate Profile
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
● 7–10 years of experience in general management, commercial management, or senior operational roles.
● Proven track record in sales-led businesses, preferably FMCG, food, pet food, or consumer goods.
● Hands-on experience managing multi-channel sales operations.
● Strong experience with P&L ownership, budgeting, and financial analysis.
● Experience working in or managing businesses in the UAE / Middle East is highly preferred.
