EVA Beach Club is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Requirements:
Strong and proven hospitality management experience
Minimum 5 8 years experience in a similar role (Beach Club / Lounge / Luxury Hospitality)
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of UAE hospitality standards and regulations
Ability to manage operations, sales, marketing, and guest relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Must be currently based in Dubai
UAE hospitality experience is mandatory
