Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and execution of the sales and distribution strategy across the GCC region, maximizing market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement to exceed targets.
  • Oversee the entire distribution network, ensuring efficient logistics, inventory management, and timely product delivery throughout the GCC.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and strategic partners to expand market reach.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, forecast sales performance, and monitor key performance indicators to drive profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards within the GCC market, mitigating business risks.
  • Drive the implementation of innovative sales and distribution initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with brand strategies and product launches.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build a strong brand presence within the GCC region, creating a positive image.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and distribution within the GCC region, preferably in the Wellness, Personal Care & Beauty Products industry.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of the GCC market landscape, including cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
  • Possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Displays a proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.
