Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks:

  • Manage and coordinate the maintenance activities and infrastructure works of the project

Assignments, "tasks and responsibilities":

  • Managing the lease agreements for company-provided housing, rent payments, and utility bills.
  • Ensure mobile phone payments
  • Managing fuel vouchers
  • Prepare the mission orders
  • Make hotel and restaurant reservations and organize snacks
  • Organize and implement progress reports for maintenance, upkeep, and construction work.
  • Establish progress reports for maintenance, upkeep, and construction work.
  • Monitor the progress of the work undertaken
  • Monitor the preparation of technical files
  • Manage the human and material resources allocated to maintenance projects, as well as the equipment and consumables required for the projects.
  • Scheduling renovation and construction work
  • Monitor the various phases of construction according to the execution plans.
  • Propose pre-established maintenance priorities and construction plans.
  • Participate in the review of technical bids for supply and construction in collaboration with the relevant departments
  • Develop the annual and monthly workload plan
  • Prepare an activity report on projects and progress of work
  • Prepare the annual operating budget
  • To ensure qualitative and quantitative control of deliverables
  • Ensure effective liaison with all project structures and external organizations involved in the activity
  • Prepare a monthly report and an annual activity summary
  • Write accident and incident reports
