Walk-in Interviews

Date & Time: Saturday, 07 March 2026 from 10:00AM until 03:00PM KSA Time Venue: Al Moallam Head Office, Saihat

• Shall possess Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from

a fully accredited and reputed University.

• Must have 5 - 6 years’ experience in MEP Building Maintenance in the

Middle East.

• Supervise and lead a team of (50) technicians, foremen, involved in

mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil maintenance activities.

• Must have experience in the maintenance of Swimming Pools/RO Plant/STP

Plant.

• Must be fluent in English.

• Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure compliance with safety

regulations, quality standards, and contract specifications.

• Coordinate with the client representatives, site engineers, and vendors for

timely resolution of issues and client satisfaction.

• Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and equipment for

maintenance tasks.

• Monitor manpower allocation and optimize workforce productivity and

efficiency.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports, time sheets, and

materials used.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and escalate any delays or issues to

the Maintenance/Operations Manager.

• Shall have the capability to understand the project drawings and execute

the work as per the approved plan maintaining quality & safety standards.
