Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all glass processing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules, from cutting to tempering.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures, reducing defects and improving product consistency across all glass products.
- Manage a team of glass processing technicians, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to optimize team efficiency.
- Optimize production processes by identifying and implementing improvements to equipment, workflows, and material usage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in glass processing, demonstrating deep industry knowledge.
- Proven experience in a glass manufacturing or processing environment, showcasing practical application of skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in glass cutting, tempering, laminating, and other relevant processes, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
