Lead the global Transaction Banking franchise, driving strategy, P&L, and growth across geographies.

Oversee development and execution of product roadmaps for Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Digital Channels.

Drive commercialization of digital and technology-led transaction solutions to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Strengthen governance, risk management, and regulatory adherence across the Transaction Banking business.

Partner with Corporate, Institutional, and FI coverage teams to deepen wallet share and deliver integrated client solutions.

Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across sales, product, and delivery functions regionally and internationally.

Represent the business at executive committees, board discussions, and key external forums.

Develop strategic partnerships with fintechs, service providers, and global correspondent banking networks.

Qualifications & Experience:

15 20+ years of experience in Transaction Banking, with significant leadership at regional or global level.

Strong P&L management experience and a track record of delivering sustainable growth.

Deep knowledge of trade finance, cash management, liquidity, and digital transaction platforms.

Proven ability to lead multi-market teams and drive transformation in complex environments.

Experience within the Middle East or emerging markets is strongly preferred.

Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and strategic leadership capabilities.
