Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify and research potential partners aligned with NIP s brand, audience, and values.

  • Develop outreach strategies and initiate conversations with prospective sponsors.

  • Support the commercial team in managing the top of the sales funnel and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Sales Engagement & Client Support

  • Assist in preparing and participating in sales meetings, calls, and partnership pitches.

  • Collaborate in developing and presenting tailored partnership proposals.

  • Manage communication and deliverables throughout the sales cycle to ensure a world-class client experience.

Pitch & Proposal Development

  • Create compelling, visually polished pitch decks in collaboration with the Design team.

  • Tailor proposals and sales collateral to meet client objectives and market trends.

  • Gather feedback to iterate and improve materials continually.

Strategic Research & Insights

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform sales strategies.

  • Help develop go-to-market plans and identify growth opportunities across industries.

  • Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for partnership development.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and esports departments to stay aligned on team performance, branding, and storytelling.

  • Help integrate commercial efforts into ongoing brand initiatives and content opportunities.

Sales Capability Building

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in sales, esports, and marketing.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, processes, and team efficiency.

  • Embrace mentorship and learning opportunities to enhance your sales craft.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in sports, esports, media, or entertainment.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software tools.

  • Ability to translate ideas and opportunities into clear, actionable briefs.
