Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and velocity in the main distribution channels:

• Conduct market analysis & research to monitor shopper trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Build and deliver effective trade-storytelling, supporting the local sales teams in the negotiation and implementation phase
• Collaborate with marketing & sales team to identify opportunities at the point of sale and implement targeted solutions, from equity-driven activations to tactical actions
• Create and manage effective promotional programs to stimulate sales and customer loyalty
• Oversee shopper marketing activities, including designing engaging shopping experiences and managing partnerships with retailersbr> Install category management knowledge and act as sparring partner for the international key distribution dealersbr> Analyze and improve the profitability of the main channels and customersbr> Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the owned retail business (brick&mortar + digital), promoting its progressive sustainable expansion (roll-out)br> Coordinate and streamline the main commercial processes (i.e. international pricing) and related governance
