Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To develop governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and compliance structures aligned with best practices to enhance transparency, decision making, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update governance frameworks (policies, authority matrices, committees).
- Conduct compliance assessments and identify gaps in governance structures.
- Prepare policies, SOPs, charters, and KPIs for governance.
- Deliver workshops and awareness sessions.
- Coordinate with regulatory/legal teams when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s in Business, Law, Finance, Public Administration, or Governance.
Certifications: GRCO , GRCP
Experience: 1 3 years in governance, compliance, risk management, or auditing.
Knowledge: Local regulations + international best practices (OECD, COSO, etc.).
Skills: Policy writing, gap analysis, reporting, facilitation, critical thinking.
Language:Good Arabic and English.
