Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, submit and follow up applications for trade licences, industrial permits, civil defence approvals, environmental clearances, municipality approvals, and fuel-storage-related permits.
Monitor regulatory changes affecting fuel storage, transport, hazardous materials handling, and general business operations.
Build and maintain relationships with ministries, municipalities, Civil Defence, environmental authorities, and relevant energy-sector bodies.
Support commercial onboarding by coordinating NOCs, letters of support, and approvals.
Manage labour, immigration, visas and workforce-related government processes.
Maintain organised documentation of permits and approvals, with tracking of expiries and renewals.
Act as first point of liaison during inspections or regulatory incidents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Law, or related field.
3–6+ years’ UAE experience in a Government Relations / PRO role.
Strong understanding of UAE regulatory landscape (civil defence, environment, municipalities, labour & immigration).
Experience in fuel, energy, logistics or industrial operations is preferred.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
UAE driving licence preferred.
