Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Key Objectives for this Role
- Support the subcontracting process from pre award to post award stages
- Assist in preparation and issuance of tender packages for subcontracted services
- Ensure compliance with Wood procedures, policies, and commercial standards
- Maintain accurate subcontract records, documentation, and correspondence
- Support senior team members in negotiation and clarification meetings
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain function
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 0 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or subcontracts (internships included)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Basic understanding of contractual and commercial principles
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
