Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall financial strategy for a group of restaurants with diverse concepts
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis across all business units
Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and profitability for each concept
Develop and implement financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks
Support expansion plans, new openings, and investment decisions
Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements
Partner with operations teams to improve margins, reduce waste, and optimize performance
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and external auditors
Provide strategic insights to the Managing Director and executive team
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance, with significant exposure to hospitality / F&B / restaurant groups
Proven experience managing multi-unit or multi-brand restaurant operations
Strong knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and F&B financial metrics
Experience in high-growth or multi-concept environments is highly preferred
Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
