Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general service requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
- Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, and other teams
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Support daily lobby operations and maintain guest flow
- Prepare reports, update guest information, and complete documentation
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries through phone, email, or in person
- Ensure guest requests are handled accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
